Long-term promotional and merchandising strategies for adidas’ young athlete product campaigns internationally and across all channels

adidas tasked us with creating a visual system to unify their young athlete sports categories under one direction worldwide. This involved research-based long-term strategies to reposition the brand and graphics supporting these goals. At an executional level, this project had the added complexity of encompassing 23 separate campaigns the first year alone; this included over 1035 print and 126 digital assets. It was a delicate balance to plan ahead for and coordinate so many campaigns and their overlapping schedules simultaneously.
